The Role:

XLN are looking for an XLN Pay Sales Support Advisor, who is able to multi-task, motivate and support other team members. This fantastic opportunity will be based in our London office.

Salary: £18,000 - £20,000

The Job:

  • Checking and submission of customer application packs, in line with the merchant banks Credit Risk and AML policies
  • Conducting compliance checks for every new application
  • Work towards approval % targets
  • Liaise with customers to ensure they are kept up to date on application progress.
  • Dealing with customer queries via phone and email.
  • Liaise with suppliers for order follow-ups.
  • Escalate issues with suppliers where orders do not progress correctly
  • Feedback to managers and sales teams where applications have not been processed correctly.
  • Telephone activation of customer’s new terminals.
  • Communicating with internal and external suppliers to resolve provisioning queries.
  • Provide support to the CPS Operations Manager by taking ownership of shared mailboxes.
  • Producing daily/weekly/monthly reports for the CPS Operations Manager

Experience/qualifications and skills required:

  • Ability to multi-task, motivate and support other team members.
  • Pro-active attitude, assessing and applying remedial actions.
  • Ability to work under time and completion deadlines.
  • Take responsibility for own actions and development.
  • Actively build positive relationships with service providers and merchants.
  • Willingness to take on additional tasks as and when required.
  • Good role model, leading by example across the core team and linked departments.
  • Demonstrate positive attitude at all times.
  • Good Analytical Skills.
  • Highly Numerate.
  • Ability to work without management.
  • Good telephone/customer service skills
  • Professional telephone manner
  • Previous knowledge of merchant services is beneficial but not mandatory
