As a part of the Pay Me team you’ll provide a first of its kind service to our L&G clients, who are looking to claim on their pension pot under a specific threshold. You’ll be servicing customer requests and running ID verification checks to ensure the needs of the customer are fulfilled in a compliant manner.

  • Delivering an outstanding customer service to our customers and clients by identifying the customers’ needs and assessing their expectations; responding accurately and ensuring their enquiry has been answered. Proactively share feedback and solutions on how we can improve our service, products and processes.
  • You’ll be using our in-house systems to give our customers a positive experience whilst, maintaining compliance.
  • Steering your own development; providing a great customer experience whilst helping you get to where you want to get to in your career.
  • Demonstrated ability to consistently deliver high quality work for our customers and clients.
  • Good verbal and written communication skills.
  • Strong listening and questioning techniques.
  • Ability to manage customer/client expectations when you’re unable to meet their expectations.
  • Capability to support complaint resolution and recovery by investigating issues quickly and effectively.
