An exciting opportunity has arisen for an enthusiastic individual to join our team to undertake the role of a Band 2, Patient Services Assistant based within the Patient Services Department at Llandrindod Wells Hospital. The post holder will require excellent communication skills, have a positive and flexible approach to the needs of the service, be motivated, ready for the next challenge and enjoy working as part of a very busy team.

The post holder will provide administrative support within the Patient Services Department, booking and sending out appointments for clinics, marking patients as attending / non-attending and preparation and filing of clinic paperwork and case notes. The post holder will also provide a range of clerical services as directed, providing support and cross cover within the department.

Knowledge of WPAS and previous office experience is desirable.

The ability to speak Welsh is desirable for this post; Welsh and/or English speakers are equally welcome to apply.
