Commis Pastry Chef - Luxury HotelWe are currently looking to recruit a passionate Pastry Commis Chef to work within the hotels kitchen along side a renowned Exec Head Chef and pastry team on this stunning Estate. Using only the best ingredients, many sourced on the property or in the local vicinity, we are looking for a passionate Pastry Commis Chef striving for the best.The PlaceA stunning boutique hotel in the heart of Hampshire. This award winning Georgian property recently restored to its classic origins is set in 400 acres of landscaped gardens and grounds in the heart of Hampshire. With Multiple F&B Outlets, Cinema room and much more this truly is a unique property.The PerksAs Pastry Commis you will get the following
  • Salary basic of £22,500
  • Service of between £4,000- £8,000
  • 2 days off consecutively
  • To work with a Michelin starred chef
  • Discounts and other hotel benefits
The PersonThe Ideal Pastry Commis Will Have The Following
  • Experience as a Pastry Commis in 4/5* hotels or fine dining.
  • Pastry background essential and ideally rosettes or even Michelin star
  • A desire to learn and progress
  • Happy working shifts as required- straights shifts
  • Be driven and wanting to push for the best.
