Food and Beverage AssistantAs Food and Beverage Assistant you will be supporting the Food & Beverage Manager and team for the hotels 40 cover Restaurant offering 3 Rosette standard food across breakfast, lunch and dinner service. As Food and Beverage Assistant you will have a passion for food and wine and guest service and be willing to work across the range of food and beverage areas of the hotel.The PlaceA Luxury 4 silver star hotel with 22 rooms. This 16th Century English Manor House is located in Surrey and has a 3AA rosette restaurant.The PerksAs Food and Beverage Assistant you can look forward to the following:

The PersonThe ideal Food and Beverage Assistant will have the following:
  • Previous waiter experience in a quality restaurant environment required.
  • A proven record of experience in planning, training and supervising a team to ensure excellence in guest service.
  • Good knowledge of food and wines.
  • A flexible and adaptable approach to work and the ability to adapt to the different service requirements across food and beverage areas.
