Pastry Chef de Partie - Luxury Hotel Pastry Chef. Our client is recruiting a Pastry Chef for their luxury Hotel which has a 2AA rosette awarded restaurant. They are looking for a Pastry Chef to assist the Head Pastry Chef in producing 2AA Rosette level pastry for restaurant and functions The Role Working on the Pastry section producing dishes for the restaurant, weddings, functions and afternoon teas Supported by a Head Pastry Chef Ordering for your section Experience You will already have a pastry background in a busy hotel as a CDP Worked ideally in 1-2 AA rosette standard restaurant Looking for a career move Salary & Benefits Salary to £27k Live in Accommodation available Excellent Tips All meals 28 days holiday Outstanding training and development Application.
