Salary:Up to £27,000 Per Annum (Depending on skills and experience, with excellent company benefits and bonus)

Location: FMGRS Huddersfield, Station Road, Huddersfield, HD2 1UW

This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced Parts Manager to join the UK’s leading Accident and Collision Repair specialist in our increasingly busy site in Huddersfield.

The role of our Parts Managers’ are critical in driving our Bodyshops forward. You will be responsible for managing the Parts Department from ordering and receipt of goods to storage and stock rotation. You will identify, locate and supply parts/accessories for workshop/body shop completing necessary documentation/computer entries and deal with exchange/replacement parts according to instruction. It is important that you understand the stock control processes and policies and manage your team accordingly.

In the job of Parts Manager you will be engaging with your team on a continuous basis to ensure customer focus, performance and managing team objectives, ensuring all housekeeping and Health & Safety regulations/policies are adhered to. You will also prepare accurate data and statistics in line with weekly and monthly reporting requirements and contributing to regional meetings helping identify and promote new business opportunities

The role of Parts Manager, you will be undertaking the following duties:

• Organise the Parts Department by ensuring the timely ordering of parts and accessories.
• To liaise with the Workshop Controller to ensure the ordering and allocation of parts in accordance with job cards and work flows.
• Conducting daily progress meetings with Bodyshop team members and reporting unexpected delays to the General Manager.
