Partner Recruitment Manager

Partner Recruitment Manager to join the UK channel team, the role shall focus on recruiting new partners across the UK

Activities shall include but not limited to:-
  • Motivate, educate and train the key people in net new partners in the SonicWall products and technologies.
  • Expand sales by building business plans including MDF strategy, account penetration strategy and profitability targets.
  • Provide ongoing sales and technical trainings to these partners.
  • Build marketing plans to drive incremental sales pipeline and revenues with development funds.
  • Partner with SonicWall marketing and engineering teams to drive revenue growth within region.
  • Carry quarterly and annual revenue targets.
  • Pipeline management
  • Qualifying and generating leads with a focus on new business across our entire portfolio
  • Daily engagement with channel partners.
  • Assisting Senior CAM with call out days on partner site
  • Presenting our Boundless Cyber security story to potential customers
  • Achieve a set of KPI’s around pipeline management and customer/partner engagement.
  • Attend regular regional meetings and update team on progress of activities.
  • Sell the vision through product demonstrations, in-market events and account


Essential Requirements
  • Identify and prospect to net new contacts to track activities.
  • 2+ years of relevant experience or equivalent combination of education and work experience and must have prior business dev experience
  • Understand Network Security competitive landscape well
  • Strong presentation skills area must
  • Knowledge of VPNs, firewalls, and networking solutions highly preferred.
  • Strong oral and written communication skills to communicate with customers, partners, and leadership.
  • English language is a must
