We are looking for 2 reliable and experienced people to join our dedicated team providing support to vulnerable adults in the East Devon area.

Do you enjoy helping people, making a positive difference to their lives?

Do you thrive on working towards a goal?

Are you able to assist our customers to complete application forms and maximize their potential?

Are you able to provide advice and guidance when needed, assisting to access appropriate services all in the aim of living independently?

Great record keeping is needed, alongside strong interpersonal skills.

You will be great at making decisions and an understand of the importance of maintaining customer confidentially.

The post is subject to an enhanced level DBS check.

A full driving licence is required and access to a car.
