Working hours:22.5 hours a week over Monday to Friday.

Location: Predominantly home based with some time spent at one of our offices in Dorchester or Williton.

Magna Housing is a community-based housing association. We mainly work in Dorset and Somerset (our head office is in Dorchester) providing housing services to local people. We understand that a home and a house are two different things. Our job is to understand each customer’s needs and give them somewhere they can enjoy living and feel they belong. We’re creating great homes together.

We are looking for customer focused, highly motivated (and above all) friendly advisors who can build a great rapport with our customers, establish their needs and give them the best experience at the right time, first time.

You will be part of a great team where our people are passionate about delivering an excellent customer experience and feel motivated to contribute to our success.

What you will be doing

Speaking to customers on the phone about their enquiry

Processing emails from customers

Raising repairs and creating contacts in the CRM system

Using IT systems to aid in answering customer queries

Liaising with contractors and other work colleagues

What we’re looking for

Preferably at least one years’ experience in customer service.

Proven ability to give great customer service and get it right first time.

Able to multitask effectively whilst providing our customers with a high level of service.

Great phone manner and a positive can do attitude

Ability to talk to customers without using a script.

Excellent communication skills with a problem solving attitude.

Love learning in a dynamic and challenging environment.

Ambitious and willing to accept new challenges.

Full training will be provided virtually.
