Job Description: Bathroom / Tile Sales Specialist

Position: Bathroom / Tile Sales Specialist Salary: Minimum Wage + Bonus / Incentive scheme + Benefits

• Set Working Pattern - Wednesday 8am - 5pm Thursday 8am - 5pm Friday 8am - 5pm (24 Hours Per Week)

Responsibilities:

• Sales Targets: Achieving personal sales and store targets based on set KPIs (Key Performance Indicators).
• Customer Service: Delivering world-class customer service, ensuring every customer receives a positive and memorable experience.
• In-store Procedures: Following all in-store procedures to maintain a smooth and efficient operation.
• Order and Payment Processing: Handling order and payment processing efficiently and accurately.
• Stock Management: Taking responsibility for general stock control, which may involve lifting and handling heavy items.
• Store Maintenance: Ensuring the store’s cleanliness and proper arrangement of point-of-sale displays.
• Sales Team Collaboration: Working collaboratively with the sales team to achieve collective goals.

Requirements:

• Sales Experience: Ideally have a strong background in bathroom and/or tile retail sales, preferably within the industry.
• Technical Skills: Familiarity with EPOS (Electronic Point of Sale) or general systems used in retail environments.
• Computer Proficiency: Ability to work with software such as Microsoft Word and Excel for administrative tasks.
• Attention to Detail: Possessing high attention to detail necessary for processing customer orders and quotations accurately.
• Persuasion and Communication: Strong interpersonal and communication skills
• Organizational Skills: Demonstrating excellent organizational abilities to manage various tasks efficiently.
• Prior experience working in the bathroom or tile industry is highly desirable.

Salary: £9,260.00-£13,004.00 per year
