The Vapouriz Group has been established in 2011. It is recognised as one of the leading manufacturers & retailers of premium electronic cigarettes and E-Liquid in Europe, producing various flavours of e-liquids across numerous brands, all of which we manufacture in our UK plant using state-of-the-art machinery.

As a Retail Assistant at our flagship Guildford store, you will build meaningful and professional relationships with customers by listening to their needs and make suitable recommendations. Your role as a retail assistant is vital to the success of the Vape Store by encouraging repeat business and engaging with the local community.

  • This is a part-time position and we looking for candidates working up to 30 hours a week across Monday - Sunday. This will include some weekends (Friday, Saturday and Sunday), and cover sickness and holidays.

Main Duties and Responsibilities include:

  • Be the welcoming face of Vapouriz to customers and generate sales by making recommendations on products and upselling
  • Deliver exceptional customer service to all customers, ensuring their needs are met when possible
  • Work with management and colleagues to build a customer-focused, sales-driven team
  • Be aware of the sales target and actively contribute to achieving store goals and targets
  • Deliver customer feedback and observations to the management team
  • Communicate daily and weekly sales performance to the management team
  • Uphold store merchandising and high standards of cleanliness, ensure the store is kept neat and tidy and is easy for customers to navigate
  • Support the aims and ethos of Vapouriz, setting a good example in terms of dress, behaviour, punctuality and attendance
