Part-time Office Assistant (HR & Payroll)

Scientific sector, permanent part-time, 25hrs per week (flexible hours), Leicester

£25,000 per annum (pro rata), + free car park, + excellent benefits, + yearly bonus (business performance related)


Duties:
  • First point of contact for HR/Payroll queries
  • Assisting employee onboarding including processing new starters, contracts and maintaining HR records
  • Supporting recruitment activities by posting adverts and shortlisting applicants
  • Attending interviews, disciplinary/grievance meetings
  • Processing monthly payroll for over 65 staff
Ideally you will be:

  • HR qualified/CIPD accredited

  • Proficient with ADP/equivalent systems,

  • Confident with SAGE 50

  • Self-sufficient and able to use own initiative
