Job description

Are you experienced in property sales and looking for regular, part-time work?

As a part time new homes sales consultant you can expect:

  • 3 days per week: Wednesday, Thursday (and Saturdays where needed)
  • Enfield based, within the marketing suite.
  • Hourly rate to reflect a base salary of £28,000 per annum, pro rata.

What you’ll need:

  • At least 6 months experience in property and sales, with an understanding of new build sales.
  • Confidence in presentation skills and discussing the local new homes market in Enfield and surrounding areas.
  • Competent using IT, and strong initiative supporting the sales team with admin.
