This is a brilliant opportunity for one of the leading Professional Service and Investment Management firms in Real Estate. My client operates worldwide, and their mission is to help real estate owners, occupiers and investors achieve their business ambitions. They are a global Fortune 500 company and look to drive sustainability and corporate social responsibility both internally and through their clients.

Teamwork, ethics, and excellence is at the core of their business and fundamental to everything that they do. They are driven to creating a diverse and inclusive culture where they empower their workforce to achieve their full potential.

This position sits within the UK Creative team and the wider EMEA Creative team and covers full management or creative project workflow and delivering a wide variety of print and digital designs. This is an in-house role, supporting all areas of the business, therefore offering a diverse workload in a fast-paced environment. You will support the UK Creative Lead and the wider team on all day-to-day request scheduling, brand guardianship, design assignment and any other incoming enquiries. It will also involve hands on artwork and the ability to get creative on projects.

The desired candidate will need proven skills and experience of the following:

  • Sound experience and knowledge of Workflow platforms (Workfront or equivalent).
  • Practical experience of Adobe Creative suite (Photoshop and InDesign are the minimum requirement) – portfolio of work will need to be provided with application.
  • Proven experience in advising on design layouts and outputs and discussing these with the senior team.
  • Great time management and the ability to manage a heavy workload
  • Good communication and organisation skills, the ability to be able to manage and communication with senior stakeholders.
  • Self-motivated and a creative mind-set, happy to put their hand to anything to support the wider team.
  • All round team player.
  • 2-3+ years’ experience in a similar hybrid role (Real Estate experience not necessary)

This role offers the successful candidate the ability to be able to grow and progress within a team, for one of the most highly respected Real Estate consultancies. It also offers flexibility to be able to work between the office and home.

This company is driven in succeeding as a team and inspiring each other to be the best…learning together and celebrating successes.
