Established more than 17 years, the people2people Group are a privately owned Recruitment firm with a strong track record of success in Australia and New Zealand as well as our most recently opened office; London.
We are seeking expressions of interest from paralegals, who have had experience working in a busy environment or a law firm. As a paralegal in the Commercial Litigation team. You will play a pivotal role in supporting up to Partner level, handling complex commercial litigation cases. This is an excellent opportunity to work in a dynamic and professional legal environment where you can further develop your paralegal skills

We are looking to connect with people who meet the following requirements:
  • Legal Research: Conduct in-depth legal research to assist in case analysis, including gathering case law, statutes, and regulations
  • Preparing monthly billing
  • Document Management: Organise, review, and prepare documents, including e-discovery, ensuring they meet legal requirements and are ready for production.
  • Identifying complex, sensitive and high-risk matters and escalating them to a Lawyer
  • Drafting Notices, demands, pleadings and general correspondence
  • Liaising with clients and third parties
  • Ad hoc administrative duties

About you:
  • Have experience as a Paralegal in a corporate or commercial area of law space.
-Ability to work full time Monday - Friday
  • Strong organisational skills to manage a large number of files at a time and meet deadlines
  • Good interpersonal skills to liaise with clients,
  • A team player, willing to help others when necessary
  • Accuracy and attention to detail

A competitive salary range of £20-38k per annum DOE within the London area.
