We are currently looking to attract a Paralegal to join our Fraud Hub in Birmingham on a 6-12 month fixed term contract.

The role of paralegal can involve assisting Fraud Lawyers on their portfolio of cases and progressively developing your competence to a point where you may handle your own caseload of fraud claims from instruction to completion. Duties may include but not be limited to obtaining witness statements, intelligence reports, liaising with third parties and general day to day case handling with a focus on litigation and counter fraud strategies.

Our Fraud Hub provide the full range of expert fraud solutions across all our business lines to our insurer, corporate and broker customers. Our exposure ranges from low value fraud claims to multi-million pound complex fraud rings using our expert Lawyers to counter fraud threats across all fraud typologies with particular focus on client priorities and identifying emerging industry threats.

We are keen to attract a candidate that is passionate and fully focused on developing their technical fraud knowledge and delivering optimum results for our clients and our business. Previous experience of handling fraud claims would be an advantage.
