Legal 500 firm seeks a Company Commercial Paralegal on a full-time, permanent basis.

Joining our client’s top tier practice based in London, the successful candidate will manage a busy caseload in company commercial matters. Additionally, you will build and maintain long-lasting client relationships and have a desire to be involved with business development initiatives.

• Commercial litigation
• Contentious construction
• Property litigation
• Intellectual property
• Restructuring
• Insolvency
• Producing legal documents
• Liaising with clients and external professionals

The Candidate

• Paralegal with minimum 2 years’ experience in a law firm
• Knowledge of litigation is essential
• A strong communicator with the ability to build long-lasting relationships with clients
• Good organisational, time management and IT skills are necessary
• Ability to work under pressure and manage own workload
• Good negotiation skills
• Respect confidentiality
