Due to an increase in works, we are currently looking for Painters and Decorators to join our thriving Painting business based in Romsey. We work within a variety of residential settings across the South Coast, Hampshire, Waverley and Wiltshire and seek to add to our team like minded individuals who genuinely enjoy improving people’s environments and providing a valued service.

The Painter And Decorator Role
  • You will be completing all internal and/ or external decorations within public environments, including social housing, care home and other residential and public settings.
  • To ensure work is completed efficiently, on time and to a high standard; you will also be incentivised with targets and a weekly bonus scheme.
  • You will thrive off building relationships whilst working in public sites. Contributing to a positive team working environment and ensuring our customers feel safe and comfortable in your company.
  • Health and Safety is at the forefront of all you do, considering yourself, the team and the customers around you.
What will you bring as a Painter and Decorator?
  • Qualified to an NVQ 2 level in Painting and Decorating, or similar professional body
  • Previous experience of working within residential settings; social housing, MOD or care home experience preferred but not essential.
  • Excellent customer service skills and strong commitment to retaining these standards whilst working in the professional environment.
  • Motivated in your approach to work and enjoy working as part of a team, with the ability to work to individual and team output targets
  • Flexible to travel; we cover a large geographical area and will need someone who is prepared to travel across, Hampshire, Wiltshire, Waverly, and the South Coast. Please note you will not be driving in between these locations within a working day.
  • Possession of a full current UK Driving licence with access to your own vehicle, which is essential to undertake the Painter and Decorator role.
