Join a state-of-the-art engineering manufacturing facility in Elland as a Painter / Shot Blasterand earn an attractive £14 per hour! This 3-6 month contract offers a chance to excel in a thriving environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Expertise in precise blasting and sealing to achieve impeccable finishes.
  • Mix paint accurately as per supplier guidelines, without compromising safety rules.
  • Ensure equipment is well-maintained for optimal performance.
  • Adhere to SOPs consistently, maintaining high-quality work standards.
  • Collaborate on team and department projects, contributing to overall success.
  • Contribute to problem-solving efforts with a logical and disciplined approach.
  • Share knowledge with team members to facilitate continuous learning.
  • Engage in lean-related activities to enhance process efficiency.
  • Uphold a clean and organized work area for presentation and safety.
