We’re a Nottingham-based full-service creative agency working across brand, experience and campaigns. Our team partners with an exciting portfolio of UK and overseas brands within the leisure, tourism, construction, manufacturing, sport and charitable sectors.

Following several years of growth, we’re now on the lookout for an ambitious Paid Media Manager to join our team and work in partnership with our high-profile client base. We’re seeking a passionate and friendly individual who can bring a strategic focus to our client’s digital campaigns with a strong emphasis on pay-per-click management.

The ideal candidate will have a minimum of two-to-three years’ experience working within a digital marketing role, with this position seeing you take on significant responsibility including; digital project management, client liaison, supporting and managing our Digital Marketing Apprentice and delivering integrated multi-channel digital marketing campaigns in partnership with our client services and studio functions.

What we’re looking for:

  • Proven experience of PPC management and managing revenue-generating campaigns
  • Ability to proactively advise clients on their digital marketing strategies
  • Ability to analyse digital campaign performance and recommend future optimisation opportunities
  • Experience with budget management, bid strategy and cost-per-conversion optimisation
  • Skills within persona profiling and audience segmentation
  • Ability to conduct keyword research, account audits and best practice benchmarking
  • Excellent communication skills, with the confidence to build relationships with third-party digital partners
  • Skilled with analytics, data tracking and conversion optimisation
  • A proactive approach to work, with a hunger to continuously remain up-to-date with industry trends and take the lead on digital marketing within the agency

Desirable skills:

  • Experience or awareness of web and SEO
  • Knowledge of organic and paid social content best practice
  • Ability to lead client discovery sessions
  • Confidence to lead digital marketing workshops and advise on content and resources where appropriate
