To be successful in this role, you will be a motivated self-starter who thrives in a fast-paced environment. As an effective communicator, you will have experience working within a dynamic team to achieve departmental goals. In order to ensure that we have the right level of skill, a maximum of six months training will be provided.

Purpose Of The Role

To operate the packing machines, ensuring that all health & safety and hygiene & quality standards are adhered to whilst meeting production targets.

Having overall responsibility for the efficient and effective running of a production/packing machine. Ensure the machinery is set up to specification, with the correct raw materials Maintain good product quality and machine performance To maintain and promote good levels of housekeeping, personal hygiene and cleanliness within the team Maintain communication between yourself and other operatives in addition to the Shift Supervisor, Management, and your opposite shifts

Ingredients, That You Bring With You

Previous experience in Food Manufacturing (Essential) Previous experience of Night shift work is preferable Awareness / Knowledge of Health & Safety / Food Hygiene standards Good level of verbal and written communication skills Ability to work well as part of a team Reliable and supportive team player Ability to use initiative and work independently
