Machine & Packing Operative - Bridgwater - Temporary to Permanent

We are recruiting for Machine and packing operatives for our client who are based in central Bridgwater.

Hours of work

4 on 4 off shift pattern

2 shifts 645am to 61845 then 2 shifts 1845 - 0645 then 4 shifts off

You receive 2 x 30 minute paid breaks each day.

Rates of Pay

For the first 3 months £11.61
Rising to £13.08 after 3 months
Then a further increase to £13.87 after 6 months

You will also receive a £600 attendance bonus at both the 3 month and 6 month stage if your attendance is within the companies set requirements

The Role

You will be working in a manufacturing environment where full training will be given on how to operate the machines and pack the products correctly. The training will take 4 - 6 weeks to get trained on each machine and you will be given the opportunity to be trained on multiple machines.
