We have a great opportunity for a PA to Sales Director to join our team within Vistry Housebuilding Mercia, at our Stafford office. As our PA to Sales Director, you will be responsible for ensuring the sales administration function is managed in an efficient, cost effective and proactive manner to support the sales management team to maximise sales and drive profit through the region.
You will provide support to the Regional and Sales Marketing Director and the Sales Management team, to help create an environment where we maximise sales and minimise costs.
We are pleased to say, this role can accommodate agile working arrangements.

More about the PA to Sales Director role…
  • Provide administration support including dealing with day to day correspondence.
  • Deal with the day to day post, prioritising and distributing as appropriate.
  • Respond in a professional, accurate and timely manner to all customer enquiries.
  • Handle customer telephone / internet enquires with empathy and efficiency to ensure we convert the maximum number of enquiries to purchasers via our development sales offices.
  • Ensure all sales reports are distributed to the relevant personnel on a weekly basis.
  • Maintain brochure stocks and despatch to Sales Team as appropriate.
  • Log Council tax and Part Exchange Property invoices on the database and pass for payment.
  • Keep filing systems organised and up to date.
  • Provide administrative support to the Regional Sales and Marketing Director and Area Sales Managers.
  • Create a central hub for supplies to site and implement an efficient system for the in/out flow, which ensures we are always in stock at the sales office.
  • Ensure weekly price lists are correct, delivered in the time. – sales do this themselves; would you like me to start doing to ensure timely updates and uniformed templates
  • Personal Assistant
  • Manage diaries, meetings and events in a timely manner in order to create an efficient working environment.
  • Prepare reports and deal with all correspondence.
  • Proactive take care of all customer queries and drive a level of customer service which exceeds or customer expectations.
  • Carry out and arrange all requirements for New Starters and Leavers in line with company procedures.
  • Carty out all required training (new and ongoing) for all relevant staff members.
  • Complete the logging of reservations, exchanges and legal completions and assist with all amendments including issuing of reservation documents. As per Sales Administration role.
  • Liaison with Financial Director and Department regarding closing of books procedure and other financial related requirements.
  • Liaison with Commercial Department with regards to any requirements for the Select and Enhance element.
  • Assistance as required to PA to Managing Director.
  • Assist with presentations and attend at Regional Sale Meetings
  • Assistance to Area Sales Directors with new development set up.
