Part-Time Good In / Stores Assistant (24 hours per week)
Location - Perth
Contract - 3 months+ with possible view to permanent
Rate - £9.53 per hour + holiday pay

Our client a successful engineering manufacturing business is seeking to hire a Goods In/Stores Assistant for initially 3 months with view to extension.

Working hours: 24 hours a week: 3 x 8 hour shifts or 4 x 6 hour shifts over Monday to Thursday

The role will commence on Monday 5th July.

The successful candidate will possess the following:

  • Strong Health & Safety awareness
  • Counterbalance Forklift Licence (desired)
  • Ideally working within a manufacturing environment
  • Experience of working on an ERP systems (desired)

Main responsibilities:

  • Accountable for all materials and supplies received in the stores and
warehouse.
  • Oversees receipt, storage and shipment of materials, and related
reporting in accordance with established procedures.
  • Prepares and coordinates schedules for receiving materials to control
the flow of goods and regulate warehouse space.
  • Actively supports production to ensure that all required materials are
readily available.
