Brand new and rare permanent opportunity to join a very well-known sporting organisation in Gloucester!

Responsibilities:

  • Proactively sell event tickets as part of the yearly company sales plan.
  • Develop/maintain excellent relationships and reliable communication with all customers that engage with the company.
  • Generate and follow-up on leads obtained via all available channels
  • Use company CRM and systems to manage, analyse and track lifecycle data and customer interactions.
  • Feed back all enquiries to relevant teams to confirm final details around hospitality/conference/event sales.
  • Use various tactics to acquire new customers to drive growth of sales
  • Proactively identify opportunities to cross/up-sell and work with the internally sales teams to progress them.
  • Report weekly on activity and new contacts.
  • Confirm all details and issue T&Cs to all bookings.
  • General administration duties

Hours: Monday – Friday – 37.5h per week


Salary: £21,000 - £24,000 per annum + Up to £4.8k OTE + Lots of benefits including
