My client based in Cheltenham has a fantastic opportunity for a candidate to join them on a part time basis as a Facilities Administrator.
The successful candidate will be supporting the Head of Corporate Affairs in the general up-keep of their building facilities and equipment.
- Planning, organising and ensuring the satisfactory delivery of all accommodation requirements, including all stationery requirements, maintenance and repairs, cleaning.
- Maintaining office contracts, monitoring of expenditure on office maintenance and equipment.
- Responding appropriately to emergencies or urgent issues as they arise.
- Liaise with external contractors and suppliers/
- Educated to Level 3 Diploma or higher
- Previous experience in a similar role involving liaison with suppliers and the management of relevant contracts
- Health & safety awareness
Hours –22.5 hours per week, Monday, Wednesday, and Friday
Salary – Up to £25,000 pro-rata + Benefits
