Job Title: General Process Operative (x2) Type of Employment: Permanent Salary: Competitive Location: Holmfirth Main Purpose of Job: To assist in the processing of fabrics for dyeing and finishing Key Tasks and Accountabilities: Weighing and sewing of fabrics Operation of various machines on the site and ensuring these are in a clean and safe condition Loading and unloading of machines with both dry and wet fabrics Ensuring fabric quality is maintained whilst processing and packaging these for the next machine processes Operating an electric pulling machine and stacker machine Operating a Fork-lift truck Following Procedures on Worksheets for different fabric qualities Assisting other departments in the general operation of machines Reporting any faults or inconsistencies to management Adhering to health and safety policies and safe systems of work Education / Skills / Knowledge / Experience Good hand eye co-ordination Be able to follow instructions Communicate effectively Ability to work as part of a team and on own initiative About Camira Fabrics
