Operations Support Manager – London, Kent and Surrey

£36,000 pa, plus performance related bonus

Accent Catering Services are a successful, progressive and ever-growing fresh food business providing a bespoke catering service to the education and business & industry sectors. Our business is based on two strong values of delivering great food to our customers by teams that we actively support. We are looking for an ambitious and experienced individual to join our business and help us grow even more.

Reporting to the Operations Manager your role will be to:

• develop and support the area’s units, implementing Company initiatives and standards that set us apart
• ensuring that company and client food safety and service standards are maintained along with all other aspects of HSE
• provide direct support to the units, delivering training and assuming operational responsibility as required to deliver an outstanding food service
• create a positive working environment, encouraging and supporting our teams to continuously improve the service provision

To be successful in this role you will:

• have a proven track record of working in hospitality and a passion for service and high standards
• actively take part in food preparation and training as appropriate across the business,
• develop the food offer in the sites within your remit, under the guidance of the Operations Manager
• have a ‘can do’ attitude and a strong desire to contribute to our enviable track record for success
• have the ability to lead your on-site teams to deliver an outstanding food offer on a daily basis
• previous experience and understanding of the education catering environment would be helpful but not essential
