We are looking for a talented Operations Support Manager based in the Surrey, Berkshire and London area to join our team, supporting the continued development and growth of Accent Catering.

In the Operations Support role you will be developing and supporting your Operations Manager’s area ensuring that you are maintaining company and client standards of HSE and food service. You will provide direct support to units and assume operational responsibility as requested. Based predominately within Independent Schools previous experience and understanding of this environment would be beneficial but not essential but a passion for service and high standards in hospitality are essential for this role.

You will have a passion for food and ability to lead your on-site teams to deliver an outstanding food offer on a daily basis will form part of your priorities. Your culinary skills will enable you actively take part in food preparation and training as appropriate across the business, developing the food offer in the sites within your remit under the guidance of the Operations Manager

You will be able to create a positive working environment encouraging our inspired teams to continuously improve service provision whilst retaining our promise to deliver every day whilst understanding the challenges of a working kitchen.
