Location : Dewsbury, WF12 7RF

New Balance Teamsports are the teamwear licensee for one of the world’s leading sports brands, New Balance. We currently have an amazing opportunity for an experienced Operations & Office Manager to take ownership of a key multi faceted role within our fast growing business.

Your role will involve managing the internal customer services and sales team, and you’ll organise and coordinate all administration duties and office procedures. You will create and maintain an organised and efficient work environment, ensuring high levels of organisational effectiveness and communication.

We are looking for a hands on people manager who has the ability to understand all our systems and processes and drive real change within the business which ultimately improves our customer experience. Key Responsibilities
  • Management of our sales and customer service team
  • Organise office operations and procedures
  • Ownership of our sales order system Orderwise - managing and maintaining and driving change to improve our internal processes
  • Training of all new starters and first point of contact for any issues
  • Management of general admin duties such as the purchase of office stationary and equipment
  • Basic HR requirements such as employee contracts and holiday management
About You
  • Proven track record as an Office Manager, Operations Manager or Administrative Assistant
  • Experience of managing a team within a fast growing, multi faceted SME environment
  • Previous experience of Orderwise would be extremely beneficial
  • Knowledge of office administrator responsibilities, systems and procedures
  • Proficiency in MS Office (MS Excel and MS Outlook, in particular)
  • Excellent time management skills and ability to multi-task and prioritise work
  • Attention to detail and problem solving skills
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Strong organisational and planning skills in a fast paced environment
  • A creative mind with an ability to suggest improvements

  • £25,000 - £30,000 basic salary
