Location : Dewsbury, WF12 7RF plus nationwide travel

New Balance Teamsports are the teamwear licensee for one of the world’s leading sports brands, New Balance. Do you have a passion for sport? We’re looking for an experienced, commercially driven Account Manager to join our teamwear division, looking after various high profile client partnerships within running, football and cricket. What The Account Manager Role Involves
  • Generate sales among key client accounts, including up-selling and cross-selling
  • Operates as the point of contact for assigned client partnerships
  • Develop and maintain long-term relationships with accounts
  • Ensure clients receive requested products and services in a timely fashion
  • Forecast and track client account metrics
  • Manage projects within client relationships, working to carry out client goals while meeting company goals
  • Identify opportunities to grow business with existing clients
  • Coordinate with staff members working on the same account to ensure consistent service
  • Collaborate with sales team to reach prospective clients
  • Service multiple clients concurrently, often meeting deadlines
About You
  • Proven track record in account management, field sales or partnership management
  • Authentic passion for sport, ability to communicate knowledge with key customers
  • Excellent communicator across all levels of business, strong presenter and relationship builder with external stakeholders
  • Highly organised, detail oriented and able to retain meaningful information
  • Thrive in a fast growing SME environment, happy to roll sleeves up and get stuck in
  • Client-focused solutions experience, strong project management skills and able to manage multiple projects and relationships simultaneously
  • Solid negotiation, listening and time management skills

  • £25,000 - £30,000 basic salary
