Shift pattern: Nights 22:00 – 06:00

Working Pattern: Sunday to Thursday

We make promises to our customers, and we’ll make promises to you too. The key responsibilities in this role include;

• Manage an Operational function on a daily basis to achieve effective and efficient operations with excellent standards of service
• Ensure compliance and conformance to all legislative and company policy
• Lead the work activities of the site management teams providing effective leadership, communication, motivation, training and development and team management for the workforce
• Manage own team leaders to drive a culture of high performance, positive engagement and the highest standards of safety and productivity
• Execute against customer requirements and operational KPI’s
• Work closely with Senior Management to set operational strategy which enables site to deliver on expectations and maximise any opportunities to further develop the site

• Start up experience is advantageous
