As the Operations Manager, you will play a crucial role in overseeing our Warehouse and Customer Service departments. Working closely with the Warehouse Manager and Assistant Operations Manager, you will be responsible for managing and optimizing the operations to ensure smooth and efficient processes.

Responsibilities:

  • Warehouse Department Management: Collaborate with the Warehouse Manager to streamline warehouse operations, including inventory management, order fulfillment, and logistics. Implement best practices to improve efficiency and accuracy, ensuring timely product availability for customer orders.
  • Customer Service Department Management: Work alongside the Assistant Operations Manager to lead the Customer Service team. Monitor customer inquiries, manage escalations, and develop strategies to enhance customer satisfaction. Implement effective processes to address customer concerns and provide exceptional support.
  • Process Improvement: Identify areas for process improvement within the Warehouse and Customer Service departments. Implement new systems, technologies, and tools to optimize operations, increase productivity, and enhance overall performance.
  • Team Leadership: Foster a collaborative and motivated work environment. Provide guidance, coaching, and support to the Warehouse Manager, Assistant Operations Manager, and their respective teams. Set clear goals, conduct performance evaluations, and identify opportunities for professional development.
  • Cross-functional Collaboration: Collaborate with other departments, including Sales, Marketing, and Finance, to ensure seamless coordination and alignment of operations. Communicate effectively to address any challenges and facilitate the achievement of company goals.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in operations management, preferably in the e-commerce or retail industry.
  • Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and inspire a diverse team.
  • Excellent organizational and problem-solving abilities.
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Knowledge of warehouse management systems and customer service platforms is preferred.
  • A track record of driving process improvements and optimizing operations.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.

Job Type: Full-time

Salary: £26,000.00-£28,000.00 per year
