GTS International are looking for an Operations Manager based in Doncaster working for a Global business within supply chain and logistics. On offer a salary of up to £40,000 per annum with great progression opportunities.

We’re ideally looking for someone who has warehouse management experience who as implemented continuous improvement techniques and had client management exposure.

Required experience for the Operation Managers job;

Responsible for manager multiple stakeholder interfaces including internal and external sources.

We will be considering candidates from a warehouse or production/manufacturing environment.

Experience with continuous improvement techniques and implementation to refine operations, ideally 5S or lean but would consider other methodologies.

Implement and oversee KPI’s & SLA’s ad adhered to.

Management of a specific cost with the ability to forecast workload and expenditure for the foreseeable future.

Comfortable with handling and analysing data would be advantageous.
