Role: Operations Director Location: Bournemouth Salary: £80k-£120k, Bonus, Car, pension, share and benefits package Are you an Operational Director or Head of Operations and come from the Renewable/Waste Management sector, if so we would like to hear from you? The Role: This is a role that is all about taking on my clients growing business and owning the Operations and Processes for their AD Biomass, Renewable, and other facilities. You will have a number of direct reports under you across my clients renewable services and you will be the: Lead Knowledge Strategic Brains Expertise The Ideal Candidate: You must be have a strong Operations & Process background in renewable energy/waste management, be inspirational, dynamic and a natural leader with a proven track record in renewables or waste management
  • It is key that you can lead engineers / Operatives and have the capability to grow production / service and have a successful team delivering DMA recruit and source candidates into Service Led Organisations across the Industrial and Commercial space in UK & Europe working with senior, middle management and entry level professionals
