Operations Associate - German Speaking


As a German Speaking Operations Associate (Logistics), you will have the opportunity to work on various strategic projects for our client, helping their clients reduce operating costs, improve their punctuality and strengthen relationships with the end customer.


You and your team will be the key to our client’s success: you will manage the experience of your clients and operators thanks to your experience in the sector. You will become an industry expert, working together with carriers, brokers, and courier services to unify communications on our client’s platform.


Responsibilities and opportunities:

  • Incorporation of carriers to the platform of our clients, incl. send and receive files, manage conflicts creatively and decisively and configure integrations.
  • Participate in customer and operator calls, take notes, set follow-up tasks and concrete actions.
  • Understanding customer and company business objectives to determine and execute on carrier onboarding and compliance goals
  • Ability to navigate and understand enterprise level software & diagnose and solve complex technical and operational problems.
  • Update our client weekly on the progress of the onboarding.
  • Maintenance of the CRM efficiently and accurately.
  • Work with the different marketing, sales and engineering teams of our clients to optimize processes and improve our product.
  • Responsible for achieving individual quarterly OKRs and KPIs

What we are looking for:

  • German oral and written skills to a native/professional level
  • Knowledge of Turkish is advantageous
  • High level of English essential.
  • Ability to work in dynamic and fast-paced environments and the ability to work effectively under pressure.
  • Business profile and teamwork skills.
  • Proficient in MS Office, Google Apps and CRM tools.
  • Excellent ICT skills with a natural ability to easily adapt to new software platforms.
  • Great organisational skills and attention to detail.
  • Self-motivation and a great work ethic.
  • Responsible and proactive person.
  • Previous experience in customer service.
  • Previous experience or a keen interest in logistics is preferable, but not essential.
  • The passion for new emerging technologies is an asset.
