Proactive, positive attitude communicator required to join a fast growing, fast paced business operating within the Rescue, Utilities & Training sectors.

Full time & permanent role for the right candidate.

This role would suit someone who loves speaking to customers and has strong organisational & administrative skills.

Main Purpose/Tasks of role

· To provide a comprehensive administrative support function to the operations team.

· To work in collaboration with the Operations team to implement new customers and the ongoing management of existing customers.

· Effectively manage the internal workflow systems and implement any improvements and amendments as required.

· To ensure all relevant documentation is compiled and communicated to teams on a timely basis.

· To work effectively alongside the other departments within the business; this includes senior management, technical leads, RMT and finance.

· To ensure all associate technicians hold professional qualifications and that other applicable documents are current and held on record securely.

Role Specification:

  • Highly organised with experience in administration and planning.
  • Good communicator with a positive can-do attitude.
  • Engaging in sales to both existing and prospective customers, maximising sales opportunities.
  • Computer literate with office software.

Interviews will be held during the week of Monday 11th March – Thursday 14th March.

The right person will have the opportunity to grow and take on more responsibility.

Job Type: Full-time

Salary: £23,500.00-£25,000.00 per year
