We are looking for an Online Trading Manager to join our Online Trade team here at Harrods. You will be developing, enhancing and maintain harrods.com as the ultimate destination for luxury fashion, beauty, food and gifting to drive the sales and margin success of the business.

About the Role

As the Online Trading Manager, you will work with the store Buying teams, the brands directly and all Online Marketing, Creative, Concession, Studio Production and Copy teams to deliver a timely, edited and effectively targeted offer. This role will consist of analysing sales performance and site trading metrics, alongside an understanding of online user experience and customer journey.

You will also:

• Build close working relationship with the store buying team to understand wider trading strategy.
• Oversee and work with concessions and buying to ensure all items are efficiently processed.
• Develop detailed range plans, in-line with overriding trading strategy for the business.
• Work with creative and content teams to deliver inspirational content, plan and influence HP/LP treatments.
• Help develop ideas and briefs for specific promotional activities.

About You

We are looking for someone who passion for ecommerce and the luxury-end of the fashion. You will have previous years of experience in either ecommerce/trading or equivalent. Management experience is important for this role as you will be managing one direct report. You will be confident in making decisions while being analytical and highly numerate when thinking. You will also have excellent team working and people management skills as well planning.

We are also looking for someone who is self-motivated & enthusiastic, with an entrepreneurial spirit to help a dynamic & rapidly growing business. Previous experience working with online content managements systems and merchandising tools is important.
