Reporting to our Head of Loyalty & CRM, the Loyalty Marketing Manager will shape and deliver the Harrods Rewards strategy and champion customer loyalty best practice across the business, with a focus on driving Rewards engagement, customer value and retention.

About You

The successful candidate will consult with stakeholders from across Harrods to develop exciting & creative loyalty propositions that reflect our brand. They will work closely with our Insight and CRM teams to craft targeted multi-channel campaigns that deliver timely and impactful customer experiences. They will support the Head of Loyalty & CRM to develop the next generation of the Rewards programme through a revolutionary period for customer engagement at Harrods and represent loyalty across the business.

We need you to be an experienced Loyalty, CRM or Marketing Manager, with previous experience developing impactful loyalty propositions and managing the customer lifecycle through targeted communications. Familiarity with Database Marketing laws (GDPR, CAN-SPAM, CASL, etc.) is equally important, and a Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field would be advantageous. Importantly, we need you to have the ability to communicate with various diverse teams while advocating for the central loyalty strategy.
