Own car and licence essential due to the nature of the role

Brook Street are looking for an office manager to join our client based in Coventry. The chosen candidate must be professional at all times and be able to use their own initiative and have a keen eye to keep things running smoothly.

Duties:

" Manage telephone system and transfer calls/take messages and manage post.
" Order all office consumables and ensure catering supplies are kept to an adequate level.
" Ordering and organising lunches for training and meetings
" Ensuring reception/training area facilities are always kept to high standard of tidiness
" Booking accommodation, hotel, transport, and flights as required for Directors and Staff
" Managing all incoming post
" First point of contact for external clients wishing to use facilities
" In charge of building maintenance such as Alarm Maintenance and Identifying and rectifying issues with the building/arranging repairs when required
" Visitors meet and greet and car parking allocation - directing customers to the correct spaces
" Booking meeting rooms and setting them up as required
" Ensure training facilities are set up with relevant materials
" General Administration duties such as shredding confidential documents/printer maintenance
" Picking up items: - for example key cutting, sandwiches and gifts
" Assisting Directors’ as and when required
" Approval of appropriate invoices to be authorised and paid
" Implementation and management of Health and Safety
" Arrangement of annual PAT testing and Aircon servicing
" Weekly fire alarm testing
