I am currently working with a leading provider of housing, residential and supported living services that support adults with learning disabilities, mental health, and complex needs. They have been a market leader in their sector for over 60 years and support over 10,000 people.

An excellent opportunity as presented itself to join their housing team as a Customer Community Safety and Inclusion Officer. We have multiple vacancies both part time and full time based in Shropshire. As a Customer Community Safety and Inclusion Officer services manager you will be joining a strong and award-winning team that will be visible to the communities and services that you serve.

You will be engaging with customers and play a key role in in prevention and early intervention to resolve anti-social behaviours, identifying solutions that promote safer and stronger communities and utilising local resources, maintaining contact with those affected to ensure outcomes are sustained.

You will plan and arrange a variety of activities, events, roadshows, skills workshops. You will bring a set of fresh ideas to the team that will help support your customers with whatever needs they may have

This is a very exciting time to join such a forward-thinking company so if you have worked with vulnerable young people and adults for at least 2 years in a community, charity, local authority or social housing role, have worked with social groups that are socially excluded or hard to reach, have a UK driving licence and experience using housing databases as well as Office 365 package, then this could be a perfect role for you.
