Roof & Loft Services , provide the solutions to customers Roofing and loft storage needs throughout the NW, and our work includes all roofing needs and loft insulation and boarding out to building regulations.
We are a small business that wants to grow and expand and as part of our expansion plans we have moved into new offices and require the very best hands on Office Manager who will ideally be fully knowledgeable in excel and word and computer literate to enhance our small growing team.
The role entails planning and scheduling jobs in customers homes by phone and e mails and planning the scheduling for our fitters, balance collections. Also ordering goods and any needs for the business. Process sales and check sign off payment claims. All office admin and some book keeping.
A mature Office Manager skilled in understanding all elements of customer service and helping us deliver a Rolls Royce service for our customers.
The role has the full responsibility of all the Operations scheduling and Installs scheduling of our sales throughout the NW to private customers. Must be a strong Individual and with computer literacy and purchasing experience, trouble shooting and delivering a 1st class service to our customers is a must. Will be hands on and be a capable organiser and quality control person, for our needs. Ability to assist in writing SOP rules and all office procedures for efficient office running.
A strong work ethic, to set the standards.
Must have at least 10 years Office Management experience, and experience in scheduling Installations in clients homes and associated works. Able to use and expand upon our CRM and excel and word skills required. Good telephone manner and Punctuality and reliability mandatory.
Able to lead from the front and be creative and an excellent problem solver.
Basic salary of £24,000 plus bonuses gives an excellent package, rising as our team expands to IRO £32,000..
