A brief outline of the role
  • Answering calls efficiently and directing enquiries appropriately
  • Meeting and greeting customers and visitors
  • Providing administrative support across all departments using various IT systems
  • Ensure reception area is tidy and presentable
  • Perform other clerical receptionist duties such as filing, photocopying and faxing
  • Distribute incoming post and despatch all outgoing post including couriers

  • Excellent telephone manner - polite, professional and courteous at all times
  • Confident dealing with customers and demonstrates good customer service skills
  • Multitasking and time-management skills with the ability to prioritise tasks
  • Professional attitude and appearance
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Competent user of Microsoft Office Suite including excel.
