Taskmaster Resources LTD are currently looking to recruit a number of Customer Service Representatives for our busy client based in Normanton who is a distributor of white good appliances.

This is a temp to perm role with an immediate start following on from a successful interview process.

Monday to Friday

8am - 5pm - 1 hour break unpaid

£11.00 per hour

As a Customer Service Representative, your day to day duties will include but not limited to:

  • Liaising with customers over the phone dealing with orders, complaints and daily admin
  • Using the internal system to log data including customer calls and orders
  • Following up on delivery dates and statuses
  • Daily reports updated on the system
  • Liaising with Warehouse Staff and Driving Staff and dealing with paperwork
  • Other Admin / Customer Services duties as and when required

Ideally you will have previous experience within a similar role however this is not essential as full training can be provided
