Location: Ringwood

Salary: to £25,500 pa pro rata

Hours: 7.45am-4.45pm Mon-Thurs – 32 hours per week office based (can be slightly flexible)

Benefits: 25 days holiday plus bank holidays, free parking, 4 x death in service, Xmas Party, annual bonus depending on performance, can earn 2 extra holiday days a year

Job Description

Reception

  • First point of call to visitors.
  • Answering and screening telephone calls
  • Distributing post and posting any mail.

Administration

  • Label printing as required by production
  • Daily entering of sales orders and goods received notes to Progress Plus
  • Print job cards and material requisitions
  • Update change notification of delivery dates
  • Issue materials to jobs
  • Setting up FedEx and Wyvern collections of Customer deliveries on online portal.
  • Daily filing and yearly archiving of Sales Orders, Supplier Notes and Job Cards.
  • Assist Engineers with digital record keeping.
  • Photocopier & printers maintain stock of consumables and call out maintenance if required.
  • Yearly archiving of documents as required.
  • Scanning and filing of documents.
  • Ordering of stationery and other ad-hoc purchases. Check & maintain stationery stocks in cupboard and server room.
  • Ordering of labels, checking label stocks and ensuring continuous supply
  • Ad hoc duties for Financial Controller and HR, such as updating Staff Handbook.

Finance

  • Sales invoicing when HR Administrator on holiday.
  • General Purchase Ledger, including input of supplier invoices onto Progress Plus system

General Tasks

  • Assisting the Financial Controller with ad-hoc reports and administrative tasks as required.
  • Holiday cover for HR Administrator.
  • Liaising with operational departments, providing information to them as and when required.
  • Filing.
