Based on Feeder Road in Bristol, a vacancy has arisen for a Sales Office Administrator to work in our sales office supporting management. This role is offered as full time or part time if preferred,

The main purpose of this role is to provide a first-class level of service through customer telephone enquiries, sales order entry, general customer service and operational admin duties.

Main duties include, but are not limited to: -

· Answer incoming phone calls from our key customers and direct accordingly

· Input sales orders

· Process aftersales

· Oversee incoming supplier Fabric deliveries

· Produce production labelling

· Print and organise production planning files

Person specification:-

· Excellent attention to detail

· Excellent organisational skills

· Methodical approach to their work

· Ability to prioritise

· Ability to work calmly under pressure

· A friendly and professional manner in person and on the phone

· Self motivated

· Excellent computer skills including Microsoft Excel and Word

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time, Permanent
Part-time hours: 35 per week

Salary: £21,000.00-£22,000.00 per year
