We have a fantastic opportunity for a permanent full-time position available for an Occupational Therapist Practice Supervisor working in Adult Social Care leading on the Integrated Community Equipment Service (ICES).

About you

We need someone who is enthusiastic and keen to work in a creative way and be integral in assisting to further develop the service to the residents of Oxfordshire.

You will be part of an Integrated Community Equipment Service team within Oxfordshire. You will need to work in partnership with your health colleagues and with the NRS clinical team including the Occupational Therapist . You will help with guiding best practice for prescribers, encouraging the use of Recycled Specials and chairing the Equipment Review Group for the county.

This is a great opportunity to develop your career and gain experience within a supportive management team. You will be encouraged to develop your knowledge and skills with data analysis. Quality and monitoring skills are needed to support your commissioning colleagues by running any data analysis required.

We are looking for a HCPC Registered Occupational Therapist who has substantial skills in the area of specialist equipment. You will also need to have a commitment to continuous professional development. The successful applicant should have the ability to travel to and access a variety of premises across Oxfordshire. We also actively encourage agile working in line with Oxfordshire County Council Agile working policy. Whilst Knights Court in Oxford will be the main base, you will work several days per week at the Nottingham Rehab Service depot in Bicester.
