Our client, a leading behavioural health facility, is looking for driven, compassionate Registered Nurses (RGNs) to join their Mental Health Nursing team. If you want to expand your skills and specialise in caring for patients struggling with mental illness and personality disorders, this opportunity is for you.

As a Mental Health Nurse with our client, you will:

Develop strong therapeutic relationships with patients, being a caring listener and source of comfort during difficult times.

Perform assessments to get to know patients on an individual level and understand their unique needs.

Create personalised care plans tailored to each patient’s condition and goals.

Administer medications, track progress, and adjust treatment as needed under physician supervision.

Lead shifts and mentor fellow nurses to help instill best practices.

Immerse yourself in mental health care, collaborating with psychiatrists, therapists, and other specialists to provide comprehensive support.
