Based in Liverpool, this well-regarded, clinical negligence team continues to grow.

A new opportunity has arisen for a Grade B fee earner to join the team. The nature of the role is likely to appeal to a NQ, recently qualified solicitor (to 2 yrs’ PQE) or legal executive.

Working within a specialist team of circa 10 people, you will have the opportunity of managing your own caseload whilst assisting more experienced colleagues on complex liability and high value cases. The department is led by a highly experienced clinical negligence lawyer, who is committed to the career development and enjoys mentoring, enabling you to develop excellent skills in this niche area.

At the centre of the team’s ethos is the client-first approach and the lawyers here work tenaciously to secure the very best outcome for those who have suffered injury as a result of medical procedures, delayed treatment or misdiagnosis etc.

We are looking to shortlist applicants who have experience of progressing litigation as well as investigating liability and obtaining evidence in support.
